Incomplete or poorly maintained financial records are a nightmare for your Accountant and will increase the cost for time needed to unravel the records. If you employ us, you do not have to understand double entry bookkeeping, or be a computer operator, we do that for you. Lengthy and expensive training for bookkeeping is not necessary.

We come to you once per month or once per fortnight, depending on your
requirements, enter your information on your computer or our lap-top,
reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, debtors, creditors,
balance sheet and Profit and Loss statements. Using this system means
your information is always up to date, and you know what you are owed,
what you owe, your sales activity, your costs and profit.
Most of our work is done on Quickbooks or MYOB, but we also use eRecords
(The ATO free system) and Cash Flow Manager.
